Company

Building a portfolio in the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt.

Nubia Resources acquires, explores and develops mineral assets associated with copper-gold systems and related strategic metals.

Who we are

Nubia Resources was established to identify, secure and develop high-quality mineral assets in underexplored regions with significant geological endowment. Our portfolio is centred on the Tethyan-Eurasian Metallogenic Belt, which runs for more than 10,000 km from south-eastern Europe through Türkiye, Iran and Pakistan and hosts some of the largest copper-gold deposits known. We hold copper and antimony concessions in Baluchistan Province, within the Chagai magmatic arc. That places our ground in the same corridor as Reko Diq, Saindak and the other porphyry copper-gold systems that the U.S. Geological Survey ranks among the most prospective in the world.

Our approach

We favour assets supported by geological data, independent technical validation and sound regional context. Work programmes are designed to meet JORC and NI 43-101 reporting standards, with qualified independent professionals engaged at each stage.

We allocate capital patiently, build local partnerships and commit for the long term to the regions in which we operate.

Strategic focus

We concentrate on the commodities that underpin infrastructure, electrification, energy storage and defence, where long-term demand is set to outrun supply.

Disciplined development

Systematic exploration, independent technical validation and a preference for established geological regions over speculative ground.

Long-term stewardship

Responsible asset management, commitment to the communities and environments in which we work, and close engagement with local stakeholders.

Portfolio

Copper and antimony assets in the Chagai magmatic arc, built for scale.

Our ambition is to become a large-scale miner. We are developing numerous copper and antimony sites across Baluchistan Province, held under Mining, Exploration and Prospecting Licences.

The portfolio spans the main mineralisation settings of the Chagai district, from porphyry copper-gold systems to structurally controlled native copper and antimony occurrences. Many of our sites show mineralisation at or near surface, and independent laboratory testing has confirmed near-surface copper on our mining licences.

We bring sites into production early. Surface and near-surface high-grade zones are mined first, and the cash they generate funds the exploration behind them. Each layer of exploration narrows the target before any definitive drilling, and our technical work is carried out to JORC and NI 43-101 standards with qualified independent professionals.

Over time we intend to move our strongest sites through the licence ladder and into full-scale mine development, subject to positive feasibility.

Operational

Our current operating centre. We hold mining, exploration and prospecting licences in Baluchistan Province, within the Chagai magmatic arc, which the U.S. Geological Survey identifies as one of the most prospective regions in the world for porphyry copper-gold deposits.

The arc forms part of the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt, one of the world's premier mineral provinces. We aim to support the country's mineral sector to international standards of responsible resource development.
